Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Return

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods - without providing any reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of return, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery:

Please include your name, order reference and reason for return (optional). We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in their original, sealed, undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or partially used, except where the product is faulty or not as described.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the original transaction. For COD (cash on delivery) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer - please provide your bank details when contacting us.

5. Return Postage

The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return postage cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and health protection regulations, we cannot accept returns of food supplements that have been opened or where the sealed packaging has been broken - unless the product is defective.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@lovelymotion.world with a description and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
